As a group of 8 we meet on the first Wednesday of each month at a member’s home. Some need sewing guidance; some bring along their own projects. We all provide magazines, fabrics, new ide-as, etc. Machine sewing is done at home: items are hand sewn/finished and discussed at the group meetings. We enjoy sharing hand-stitching projects over a cup of tea and a chat. So far we have made Christmas decorations, small bags, cushions and a variety of embroidered items some of which have been donated to charities.
